Indoor Cycling

Also know as “Spinning” is our main program here at Cycology. Classes are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions every day where you control the intensity of the class by using the resistance dial on our Freemotion and Spinner NXT bikes. We recommend a 45 minute class if this will be your first visit, but our classes are built for all fitness levels. Strength Training

We offer 1 on 1 and Semi-Private Training designed to help build lean muscle and shred fat fast. Semi private training is maxed out at 5 participants per class with 1 certified trainer so we can focus on proper form and making the most out of every single session. Semi private sessions are 50 minutes in length and are broken up by specific muscle groups (ex: Booty builder 101, Chest back and balance, or our Upper Body Interval Days). Our 1 on 1 Personal Training is completely catered to you, and is offered in 30 and 45 minute formats.

Core and Yoga

All of our cycling memberships include access to all core and yoga classes. Elite Core class works everything from your shoulders to hips in an express 30 minute class immediately following or preceding a cycling session. Cycology Yoga can be compared to a deep stretch class combined with a bit of Vinyasa Flow. These two classes are a perfect combination of strength and flexibility to add into your workout routine. Oh, and did we mention you can burn up to 300 extra calories in our core class?
